Hi Guys, This is my first independent blog, despite of having a YouTube channel, I seriously extracted decent amount of time for writing this blog, I will post anything on this blog which may directly or indirectly will help you a lot.
In This blog I will share you a secret trick that will help you to wake up early in the morning as exams are approaching and we have to wake up early to cope up with the studies.
THE MAIN PROBLEM
ITS VERY HARD to remove yourself from cozy & luxurious blanket in winters, But the following trick will help you to wake up early in the morning.
THE TRICK
REQUIREMENTS-
Mobilephone
PlayStation
much more that you love (Yes, you are right)
PROCEDURE:-
In your mobile phone set an alarm of 5 A.M, and you have to wake at the intention of playing PlayStation or pursue your favorite hobby, It will boost your confidence and you will definitely end up waking up early, Now you have to play or pursue your favorite hobby, Main point is that you dont have to fool yourself otherwise this trick wont work,
AND REMEMBER THAT, you dont have to carry out same hobby all day otherwise it will be very difficult for you to get rid of it and you will end up not studying.
on the contrary you have to change your hobbies on daily basis which you love the most.
Now lets gather some scientific information, our body contains a biological clock that acts as an alarm which is light sensitive, That's why your body feels sleepy and tired during night, Several confirmatory tests have been conducted for the same.
Have you ever noticed the problem of Saturday and Monday, Let Me explain!
You generally wake up early on Saturday by your own despite having holiday as you woke early on weekdays and you find it difficult to wake up on Monday as you woke up late on Sunday, QUITE LOGICAL..
This is due to the fact that your body's Circadian rhythmic cycle aka Biological clock works seamlessly well.
Now keeping this into my mind I have framed this trick, Now after 10 days of pursuing the trick you can fool yourself by diverting the mind and you will not find it difficult to wake up early due to action of your circadian cycle.
KEY POINTS:
Never carry on same hobby next day.
Do not take more than 15 days to divert your mind towards studies or your important work.
Do not use mobile before 1 hour of going to bed, It again disturbs your cycle as melanin receptor found in eyes which regulates circadian rhythmic cycle is sensitive to narrow band of light emitted from mobiles LCD screen.
RESULT:-
You will wake up early...Hurry up!!!!
